Tempur Sealy North America encompasses manufacturing, distribution and retail subsidiaries and licensees in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, excluding Mattress Firm locations. Tempur Sealy International includes manufacturing, distribution and retail subsidiaries, joint ventures and licensees across Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America outside Mexico. Direct channel sales represented 63.5 percent of net sales in 2025, primarily driven by the Mattress Firm acquisition, while wholesale distribution complements the direct channel.

Somnigroup's portfolio includes highly recognized brands such as Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Stearns & Foster, Sleepy's, Mattress Firm, Dreams, and SOVA. The company holds over one thousand U.S. and foreign patents and thousands of trademark registrations worldwide. The Tempur brand, founded in 1991, features proprietary pressure-relieving material technology. Sealy, originating in 1881, offers trusted comfort and value, while Stearns & Foster, established in 1846, emphasizes precision engineering and craftsmanship.

As of December 31, 2025, Somnigroup's combined global footprint included over 2,800 retail stores, approximately 30 e-commerce platforms, over 70 manufacturing facilities and four research and development centers. The company employs more than 20,000 people with additional employment through joint ventures exceeding 1,500 full-time employees. The company manufactures and distributes mattresses, foundations, pillows and accessories through an omni-channel strategy combining direct retail operations with wholesale distribution to third-party retailers, hospitality businesses and healthcare customers. The total purchase price for the Mattress Firm acquisition was approximately 5.1 billion dollars, consisting of cash and common stock consideration.
