The Landlord Operations segment comprises approximately 480,000 square feet of real estate in the Seaport neighborhood in Lower Manhattan, including mixed-use buildings, retail spaces, and a 21-unit residential building.

As of December 31, 2025, the company employed 627 full-time employees. The Seaport portfolio was 90% leased or programmed and 55% occupied as of year-end 2025. In 2025, the Las Vegas Aviators and ballpark generated approximately $37.8 million in revenue, while The Rooftop Concert Series sold approximately 190,000 tickets across 62 shows. The company had outstanding indebtedness of approximately $99.6 million as of December 31, 2025.
