U.S. SMALL CAP VALUE PORTFOLIO
Actively managed U.S. stock fund
The investment objective of the U.S. Small Cap Value Portfolio (the Portfolio) is to achieve long-term capital appreciation.
The fund purchases a broad, market-capitalization-weighted portfolio of U.S. small-cap companies with low relative price (value stocks), emphasizing those with higher profitability, and adjusts positions based on shorter-term factors including price momentum and investment characteristics. Because the fund's selection criteria and weighting are discretionary rather than tied to a fixed index, its holdings and performance may diverge from any particular small-cap value benchmark. The fund is actively managed and may employ futures contracts to adjust equity exposure around cash flows.

What the fund is made of
Percentages are of fund net assets. Rounding, liabilities and short positions can make totals differ from 100%.
| Stocks | 103.94% |
| Cash & short-term | 5.70% |
| Derivatives | 0.04% |
These positions come to 109.68% of the fund's net assets. This counts only what the fund reported holding — the holdings disclosure covers assets, not liabilities such as borrowings — so it is not expected to reconcile to 100%.
Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.
