The International segment encompasses beverage sales across Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, plus coffee products in Canada.
KDP employs approximately 30,600 people, with roughly 23,200 in the United States, 5,700 in Mexico, and 1,400 in Canada. The company operates an extensive direct store delivery network utilizing approximately 8,100 vehicles in the United States and 2,200 in Mexico, complemented by warehouse direct and e-commerce channels. Walmart represents the company's largest customer, accounting for approximately 16 percent of consolidated net sales.
The company offers more than 125 owned, licensed, and partner brands supported by powerful distribution capabilities. Raw materials represent approximately 55 percent of cost of sales and include green coffee, aluminum cans, PET bottles, sweeteners, and various other ingredients. KDP competes with multinational corporations including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Starbucks, and Nestlé, though many of these entities also serve as partners or customers.
