Bluemercury operates as a premier luxury beauty and spa services retailer emphasizing hyper-personalized client service, premium dermatological skincare, clinical treatments, and elevated fragrance assortments.

For fiscal 2025, the company generated net sales of $21.764 billion across merchandise categories including women's accessories, shoes, cosmetics and fragrances ($9.128 billion), women's apparel ($4.764 billion), men's and kids' merchandise ($4.659 billion), and home and other categories ($3.213 billion). The company maintains a portfolio of proprietary private label brands including Alfani, Bar III, Charter Club, I-N-C, and Hotel Collection, among others, which support differentiation and margin objectives.
