Versant's television network portfolio includes MS NOW, which features politics and news programming across multiple platforms; CNBC, offering business and personal finance news with real-time market coverage; USA Network, featuring sports and entertainment programming including WWE, NASCAR, Premier League soccer, and the WNBA; Golf Channel, providing live golf content and related programming; E!, a pop culture network; SYFY, focused on science fiction and fantasy content; and Oxygen True Crime, featuring true crime programming. The company also operates digital platforms including GolfNow, an online tee time marketplace serving approximately 9,000 golf courses worldwide and providing golf course management technology; Fandango, an online movie ticketing and information platform serving over 30,000 U.S. screens; Rotten Tomatoes, a movie and television review aggregator; and SportsEngine, a digital platform for youth sports league management.

The company generates revenue through multiple streams: linear distribution fees from traditional and virtual multichannel video programming distributors, advertising sales across its networks and digital platforms, transaction-based revenue from its digital platforms, and content licensing to third parties. As of December 31, 2025, Versant employed approximately 4,400 full-time and part-time employees on a full-time equivalent basis, with approximately 9.5 percent located outside the United States.

Versant was incorporated in Pennsylvania in May 2025 and separated from Comcast Corporation on January 2, 2026, becoming an independent publicly traded company. The company's Class A common stock began trading on Nasdaq on January 5, 2026. The separation included substantial indebtedness and ongoing commercial and service arrangements with Comcast, including advertising sales support for approximately two years following the separation.
