ACM Research, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACMR) supplies capital equipment for the global semiconductor industry, serving chip fabricators and wafer assembly and packaging customers. Its tools support wafer cleaning, metal plating, furnace processing, plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition, track processing and advanced packaging, for foundry, logic, memory and other chip production. Cleaning systems using SAPS, TEBO and Tahoe technologies are its largest product category; other offerings include Ultra ECP plating tools and Ultra C packaging equipment. In 2025, cleaning equipment generated 69.5% of revenue, ECP, furnace and other technologies 22.1%, and advanced packaging, services and spares 8.4%. The company conducts most product development, manufacturing, support and services in mainland China, with additional development and subsystem production in Korea, and sells globally through direct teams and representatives. Revenue was $901.4 million in fiscal 2025, and the company had 2,513 full-time equivalent employees at year-end.
