What Alliance Laundry Holdings Inc. does

In the company’s own words

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC operates as the world's largest designer and manufacturer of commercial laundry systems, serving a diverse range of global end markets through its NYSE-traded common stock. The company maintains its website at alliancelaundry.com and generates annual net revenue of approximately $1.7 billion.

The company operates through two geographic reporting segments: North America, which represents 74% of revenue, and International, representing 26%. Alliance manufactures and sells a comprehensive portfolio of commercial laundry equipment including washer extractors, topload washers, frontload washers, tumbler dryers, and small-chassis dryers across five strategic brands: Speed Queen, Huebsch, UniMac, IPSO, and Primus. The company also provides service parts, consumables, and value-added aftermarket services supporting an estimated eight million unit installed base.

Alliance serves three core end markets: On-Premise Laundry for healthcare facilities, fire stations, and hotels; Vended operations including laundromats and communal laundry facilities; and Commercial In-Home for residential consumers seeking commercial-quality equipment. The company distributes products through approximately 600 independent distributors worldwide and direct sales channels in select key markets, reaching approximately 4,000 independent retail locations.

The company operates six strategically located manufacturing facilities spanning approximately 2.7 million square feet across the United States, Czech Republic, Thailand, and China, employing approximately 207 laundry experts in its global engineering organization. This "local for local" manufacturing strategy provides supply chain resiliency and cost advantages. Alliance maintains approximately 800 dedicated testing bays with 24/7 testing capability globally and operates as an ISO 17025 Certified Laboratory.

Beyond hardware, Alliance has transformed into a technology-enabled solutions provider through its proprietary cloud-connected platform linking over 200,000 machines globally and serving more than three million users. Digital offerings include Speed Queen Insights, Huebsch Command, Primus i-Trace, and IPSO Connect, providing remote monitoring, digital payments, and fleet management capabilities. The company has invested over $115 million in research and development between 2021 and 2025, focusing on product innovation, sustainability solutions, and automation technologies.

Fund ownership counts N-PORT filers only, so it is a floor rather than a census — pensions, insurers and direct holders are not visible here, and the remainder is not “held by individuals”.

Fund ownership is a subset of institutional 13F ownership — the two describe overlapping populations and must not be added together.
