The company operates through four reportable segments that collectively serve the non-residential construction industry and specialty markets. The Architectural Metals Segment, representing approximately 36 percent of net sales, designs, engineers, fabricates and finishes aluminum window, curtainwall, storefront and entrance systems. The Architectural Services Segment contributes 31 percent of revenue by integrating technical services, project management, and field installation services for architectural curtainwall and façade-related systems. The Architectural Glass Segment accounts for 19 percent of sales through cutting, treating, coating and fabricating high-performance glass for custom window and wall systems. The Performance Surfaces Segment generates 14 percent of revenue by developing and manufacturing high-performance coated materials for wall decor, museums, graphic design, digital displays, architectural interiors, and industrial flooring applications.
Apogee operates under several well-established brand names including Tubelite, EFCO, Wausau, Linetec, Alumicor, Harmon, Viracon, GlassecViracon, Tru Vue, ResinDEK, ChromaLuxe, RDC Coatings, and Unisub.
