Apogee Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing antibody therapies for inflammatory and immunology diseases, including atopic dermatitis, asthma, eosinophilic esophagitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Its product candidates are designed to target established disease pathways while using antibody engineering to extend half-life and optimize other properties. The pipeline comprises four programs: zumilokibart (APG777), an IL-13 antibody; APG279, combining zumilokibart with the OX40L antibody APG990; APG273, combining zumilokibart with the TSLP antibody APG333; and APG808, an IL-4Rα antibody. The programs are being developed as monotherapies or combinations, with potential applications across multiple inflammatory and immunology indications. The company’s most advanced program, zumilokibart, is in Phase 2 development for atopic dermatitis and is also being evaluated in asthma. APG279 and APG273 are combination programs, while APG808 is being studied in asthma. Apogee’s portfolio includes four validated targets, and its candidates use YTE or LS modifications intended to extend antibody half-life.
