Arcosa, Inc. (ACANYSE: NYSE Texas, Inc.) operates as a provider of infrastructure-related products and solutions serving construction, engineered structures, and transportation markets across North America. The company maintains its principal executive offices in Dallas, Texas, and operates its website at www.arcosa.com.
The company operates through three reportable business segments. The Construction Products segment produces and sells natural and recycled aggregates, specialty materials, asphalt mix, and construction site support equipment including trench shields and shoring products. This segment shipped approximately 42 million tons of aggregates, specialty materials, and asphalt in 2025, with over 80 percent consisting of natural and recycled aggregates. The Engineered Structures segment manufactures and sells steel and concrete structures for infrastructure applications, including utility structures for electricity transmission and distribution, structural wind towers, traffic and lighting structures, and telecommunication structures. The Transportation Products segment manufactures and sells inland barges, fiberglass barge covers, winches, and marine hardware, though the company announced an agreement in February 2026 to sell its barge business.
Arcosa employed approximately 6,390 employees as of December 31, 2025, distributed across its three segments with approximately 5,145 employees in the United States, 1,225 in Mexico, and 20 in Canada. The company operates quarries, manufacturing plants, and production facilities strategically located throughout North America to serve its customer base.
The company maintains proven and probable natural aggregates and specialty materials reserves estimated at 1.3 billion tons strategically positioned in favorable markets. Arcosa's competitive advantages include its proximity to demand centers, established brand recognition, engineering expertise, and operational excellence developed over decades through its individual businesses. The company pursues organic growth and disciplined acquisition strategies to capitalize on the fragmented nature of the industries it serves, positioning itself to benefit from infrastructure replacement cycles, grid modernization investments, renewable energy expansion, and data center growth across North America.
