Arrow operates through two primary reportable segments: Global Components and Global ECS. The Global Components segment, representing approximately 70 percent of 2025 sales, markets and distributes electronic components including semiconductors, interconnect and passive electromechanical products, computing and memory solutions, and related services. This segment leverages comprehensive value-added capabilities such as supply chain services, engineering and design services, and integration services to serve original equipment manufacturers and electronics manufacturing services providers. The Global ECS segment, comprising approximately 30 percent of 2025 sales, provides enterprise computing solutions including datacenter, cloud, security, and analytics offerings to value-added resellers and managed service providers. This segment operates ArrowSphere, a software and cloud marketplace platform enabling customers to manage and scale their as-a-service businesses.
