Atkore Inc. (ATKORE: NASDAQ) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and safety and infrastructure solutions primarily serving the non-residential construction and renovation markets, as well as residential and industrial sectors. The company operates through two reportable segments: Electrical and Safety & Infrastructure. The Electrical segment manufactures high-quality products including metal and plastic conduit, cable, and installation accessories used in electrical power systems, while the Safety & Infrastructure segment designs and manufactures metal framing, mechanical pipe, perimeter security, and cable management solutions for critical infrastructure protection.
As of September 30, 2025, Atkore employed approximately 5,400 full-time equivalent employees across 38 manufacturing facilities and over 27 dedicated distribution facilities spanning approximately 8.6 million square feet of space in eight countries. The company maintains a concentrated manufacturing and distribution footprint in North America with additional operations in Australia, Belgium, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Approximately 88 percent of net sales are generated from United States operations, with fiscal 2025 total net sales of $2.85 billion.
The company serves a diverse customer base through electrical, industrial, and specialty distributors, as well as original equipment manufacturers. Distribution-based sales account for approximately 83 percent of net sales, while OEM sales represent approximately 11.5 percent. Atkore's top ten customers accounted for approximately 40 percent of net sales in fiscal 2025, with Sonepar USA representing more than 10 percent of sales.
Atkore holds leading market positions in numerous product categories and operates under a portfolio of recognized brands including Allied Tube & Conduit, AFC Cable Systems, Kaf-Tech, Heritage Plastics, Unistrut, Power-Strut, Cope, US Tray, FRE Composites, Calbond, and Calpipe. The company differentiates itself through proprietary manufacturing technologies such as its Flo-Coat in-line galvanizing process and Cellular Core conduit co-extrusion process.
