BancFirst Corporation (NASDAQ: BANF) is a financial holding company headquartered in Oklahoma City that conducts the vast majority of its operations through its wholly-owned subsidiary BancFirst, an Oklahoma state-chartered bank. The company also operates Pegasus Bank, a Texas state-chartered bank with locations in the Dallas Metroplex area, and Worthington Bank, a Texas state-chartered bank serving the Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas. As of December 31, 2025, BancFirst Corporation employed 2,260 full-time equivalent employees across its operations.

BancFirst maintains 109 banking locations serving 62 communities throughout Oklahoma, while Pegasus operates three locations in the Dallas area and Worthington operates five locations across the Fort Worth and Denton regions. The company's strategy emphasizes providing comprehensive commercial banking services to retail customers and small to medium-sized businesses in both non-metropolitan trade centers and metropolitan statistical areas.

The company operates through six principal business units: BancFirst metropolitan banks, BancFirst community banks, Pegasus, Worthington, other financial services, and executive operations and support. BancFirst's primary lending activities focus on financing business and industry, with commercial loan customers typically engaged in light manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, real estate development and construction, services, agriculture, and energy sectors. The bank also offers consumer lending for automobiles, home equity loans, and personal loans, along with a comprehensive range of deposit services including checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit.

Beyond traditional banking, the company provides trust services through its Trust and Investment Management Division, offering investment management and administration of trusts for individuals, corporations, and employee benefit plans. BancFirst Insurance Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary, offers business and personal insurance, employee benefits, surety bonds, and risk management services.

As of June 30, 2025, the company held approximately 7.58 percent market share of deposits within Oklahoma. The company maintains a decentralized management approach that enables community banking offices to respond to local customer needs while leveraging centralized processing, support, and investment functions to achieve operational efficiencies. The company's lending and investing activities are funded almost entirely by core deposits, reflecting strong community relationships and customer loyalty across its service territories.
