Following the completion of its merger of equals with Brookline Bancorp, Inc. on September 1, 2025, Beacon Financial emerged as a significantly expanded regional banking organization with 147 banking offices across its operating markets.
The company's primary subsidiary, Beacon Bank & Trust, provides a comprehensive range of commercial, business, and retail banking services. Core offerings include cash management products, foreign exchange services, online and mobile banking, consumer and residential loans, and wealth management services. The company also operates Eastern Funding, which provides equipment financing primarily to small businesses, and maintains a 44 Business Capital division focused on Small Business Administration lending. Clarendon Private, a registered investment advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission, delivers wealth management services to individuals, families, endowments, and foundations.
