Beazer Homes maintains its principal operations through three reportable segments: West, East, and Southeast, with significant market presence in major metropolitan areas including Phoenix, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Orlando, and the Washington D.C. corridor.
