BILL provides an integrated suite of financial automation solutions that enable businesses to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, spend and expense management, and payment processing through a single cloud-based platform. The company processes approximately $371.3 billion in total payment volume annually and serves approximately 479,300 businesses as of June 30, 2026. The platform connects approximately 9.2 million network members who have paid or received funds electronically through BILL's system.
The core platform automates the complete financial workflow for SMBs, from invoice receipt and approval through payment processing and reconciliation with accounting systems. BILL's accounts payable automation streamlines bill capture, approval workflows, and payment execution. The accounts receivable service automates invoice creation, delivery, and collection. BILL Spend and Expense provides charge card issuance through partner banks, budget management, and expense tracking capabilities.
