As of December 31, 2025, BOK Financial maintains total consolidated assets of $52 billion and employs 5,034 full-time and part-time employees distributed across its eight-state footprint including Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. The company serves customers through its principal subsidiary, BOKF, NA, a national bank operating banking divisions under multiple brand names including Bank of Albuquerque, Bank of Oklahoma, Bank of Texas, and BOK Financial divisions in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri, along with limited-purpose offices in Nebraska, Wisconsin, Connecticut, and Tennessee.

BOK Financial operates through three reportable segments: Commercial Banking, Consumer Banking, and Wealth Management. Commercial Banking provides lending, treasury and cash management services, and customer risk management products for small businesses, middle-market, and larger commercial customers, and operates the TransFund electronic funds transfer network. Consumer Banking encompasses retail lending and deposit services, small business banking through consumer branches, and all mortgage loan origination and servicing activities. Wealth Management engages in brokerage and trading activities focused on providing liquidity to mortgage markets through U.S. government agency mortgage-backed securities trading, fiduciary services, private banking, investment advisory services, and municipal securities underwriting. The company currently services approximately $127 billion of assets under management or administration.

The company maintains a dominant market position in Oklahoma with fourteen percent of the state's total deposits and thirty-three percent market share in the Tulsa area. BOK Financial also operates in major metropolitan areas including Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio in Texas; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Denver, Colorado; Phoenix, Arizona; and Kansas City, Kansas/Missouri. The company's strategic objective emphasizes long-term value growth by building on its Oklahoma leadership position while expanding into high-growth markets in contiguous states. BOK Financial Securities, Inc. operates as a broker-dealer engaged in retail and institutional securities sales and municipal bond underwriting, while BOK Financial Private Wealth, Inc. provides investment advisory services to high net-worth clients.
