Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE: VTOL) is the leading global provider of innovative and sustainable vertical flight solutions, operating from www.bristowgroup.com. The company primarily provides aviation services to offshore energy companies and government entities across multiple continents, with operations in 15 different countries on five continents under 12 Air Operator Certificates.

The company operates through three reportable segments. Offshore Energy Services, representing 66% of revenues, provides personnel transportation to and from offshore production platforms, drilling rigs, and other installations, as well as emergency response services. Government Services, accounting for 26% of revenues, delivers public sector emergency response and search and rescue operations to government agencies in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, the Netherlands, and the Dutch Caribbean. Other Services comprises 8% of revenues and includes fixed wing transportation services through a regional airline in Australia and dry-leasing arrangements for helicopters to third-party operators.

As of December 31, 2025, Bristow operates a fleet of 214 aircraft consisting of 196 helicopters across three categories—heavy, medium, and light—along with 14 fixed wing aircraft and 4 unmanned aerial systems. The company employs 3,660 individuals globally, including 961 pilots and 902 engineers, with approximately 60% of employees covered by union or collective bargaining agreements. The workforce represents approximately 50 nationalities, with 19% women and 24% of U.S. employees being veterans.

Bristow's customer base includes leading international, independent, and major integrated energy companies, with the top ten customers accounting for approximately 63% of revenues. The company maintains strategic bases in key markets including the U.S. Gulf of America, Brazil, the North Sea, Nigeria, and the Caribbean. The company also holds equity interests in unconsolidated affiliates, including a 25% voting interest in Cougar Helicopters Inc. in Canada and a 25% interest in Petroleum Air Services in Egypt.
