Bumble Inc. (NASDAQ: BMBL) operates a family of social connection applications designed to help people build healthy and equitable relationships. The company's website is www.bumble.com.
The company's primary platform consists of four main applications: Bumble app, launched in 2014 as one of the first dating apps built with women at the center; Badoo app, launched in 2006 as a pioneer in web and mobile free-to-use dating products; Bumble For Friends app, officially launched in July 2023 for friend-finding and community-building; and BFF app, relaunched in September 2025 as a friendship and community platform combining one-to-one matching with group discovery. During the year ended December 31, 2025, Bumble app generated approximately 2.4 million paying users while Badoo app and other services generated approximately 1.2 million paying users.
All applications operate on a freemium model where basic service is free and members pay for subscriptions or in-app purchases to access premium features. Bumble app offers subscription tiers including Bumble Boost, Bumble Premium, and Bumble Premium+, along with à la carte purchases like SuperSwipe and Spotlight. Badoo app provides Badoo Premium and Badoo Extra subscriptions plus Badoo Credits for in-app features.
