Byline Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: BYDC) operates as a bank holding company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, conducting all business activities through its subsidiary Byline Bank, a full-service commercial bank. The company's website is www.bylinebancorp.com.

Byline Bank serves small and medium-sized businesses, commercial real estate investors, financial sponsors, and consumers primarily throughout the Chicago metropolitan area and southern Wisconsin. As of December 31, 2025, the company maintained consolidated total assets of $9.7 billion, total gross loans and leases outstanding of $7.5 billion, total deposits of $7.6 billion, and total stockholders' equity of $1.3 billion. The company operates 44 branches in the Chicago metropolitan area and one branch in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.

The company's core business segments include commercial banking, community banking, small business capital, small ticket equipment leasing, and trust and wealth management services. Commercial banking encompasses commercial and industrial lending to businesses with up to $100 million in annual revenue, commercial real estate financing, and sponsor finance for private equity-backed companies. The commercial and industrial group managed $3.3 billion in loans, while the commercial real estate group held $1.4 billion in loans as of year-end 2025. The sponsor finance group provided $805.9 million in senior secured financing to lower middle market companies. Small Business Capital provides SBA and USDA government-guaranteed lending services nationwide, with $533.0 million in SBA and USDA loans outstanding and $1.6 billion in loans serviced for others. Through Byline Financial Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary, the company provides small ticket equipment leasing with $752.3 million in leases outstanding. Community banking offers traditional deposit products and digital banking services, while trust and wealth management services provided $823.2 million in assets under administration.

As of December 31, 2025, the company employed 1,027 employees across its locations. Commercial deposits represented 43.0 percent of total deposits, with core deposits comprising 87.0 percent of all deposits. The company has completed several strategic acquisitions since its 2013 recapitalization, including First Security Bancorp in 2025, Inland Bancorp in 2023, and Oak Park River Forest Bankshares in 2019.
