Capital City Bank Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CCBG) operates as a financial holding company headquartered in Tallahassee, Florida, with approximately $4.4 billion in assets. The company traces its origins to 1895 when Capital City Bank commenced operations, and CCBG was incorporated in 1982 to consolidate five national banks and one state bank into its primary banking subsidiary.

The company provides comprehensive banking and financial services through two principal operating divisions. Banking Services, which represents approximately 92.8 percent of total revenue, encompasses commercial and retail banking operations including business banking, commercial real estate lending, residential real estate lending through its Capital City Home Loans subsidiary, retail credit products, institutional banking for government and nonprofit entities, and traditional retail banking services. Wealth Management Services accounts for approximately 7.2 percent of revenue and operates through Capital City Trust Company, which manages over $1.3 billion in discretionary trust assets and $1.375 billion in total assets under administration, and Capital City Investments, which administers over $1.5 billion in assets through partnerships with LPL Financial. The company divested its Capital City Strategic Wealth insurance subsidiary in August 2025.

Capital City Bank operates 62 banking offices and 108 automated teller machines across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, with an additional 28 mortgage banking offices throughout the Southeast.
