CareDx, Inc. (Nasdaq: CDEX) is a precision medicine company dedicated to improving outcomes for transplant patients and advancing organ health. The company delivers an integrated portfolio of solutions including non-invasive molecular testing for heart, kidney, and lung transplants; laboratory products; digital health technologies; and patient solutions that support care before and after transplant. CareDx operates as a single reportable segment and serves the transplantation market globally, with primary operations in Brisbane, California; Omaha, Nebraska; and Stockholm, Sweden.

The company's core testing services include AlloSure Kidney, a donor-derived cell-free DNA solution for kidney transplant patients; AlloMap Heart, a gene expression profiling solution for heart transplant patients; AlloSure Heart, a dd-cfDNA solution for heart transplant patients; and AlloSure Lung, a dd-cfDNA solution for lung transplant patients. CareDx also offers HeartCare, which combines AlloMap Heart and AlloSure Heart technologies in a single surveillance solution. Additional offerings include AlloHeme for monitoring acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes following allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant, and AlloCell for cell therapy monitoring. The company performed approximately 200,000 commercial tests during 2025 from its Brisbane laboratory.

Beyond testing services, CareDx manufactures and distributes laboratory products including QTYPE, Olerup SSP, AlloSeq Tx, AlloSeq HCT, and AlloSeq cfDNA for HLA typing and transplant monitoring. The company's digital and patient solutions portfolio includes Ottr software for transplant patient management, TxAccess for referral management, XynQAPI for quality tracking, MedActionPlan for medication adherence, and specialized pharmacy services for transplant patients. CareDx's software solutions are currently used in over 170 transplant centers in the United States.

The company has achieved reimbursement coverage for its testing services from Medicare and numerous private payers. Substantially all revenues are derived from the United States and Europe, with substantially all assets and operations located in the United States and Sweden.
