What Celsius Holdings, Inc. does

In the company’s own words

Celsius Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CELH) operates as a functional energy drink and wellness beverage company serving consumers across the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions. The company develops, manufactures, markets, and distributes a portfolio of differentiated premium lifestyle beverages designed for active, wellness-oriented consumers. More information about the company is available at www.celsiusholdingsinc.com.

The company's product portfolio centers on three primary brands: CELSIUS, Alani Nu, and Rockstar. These brands offer ready-to-drink energy beverages in carbonated and non-carbonated formats, on-the-go powder and hydration sticks, and nutrition and wellness products including protein and amino blends. Most products feature zero sugar formulations with low calorie counts and contain functional ingredients such as caffeine, green tea extract, vitamins, minerals, and botanical extracts designed to support energy, focus, hydration, and overall wellness.

Celsius operates through a diversified distribution network spanning conventional grocery stores, natural-food retailers, convenience stores, fitness centers, mass-market retailers, vitamin specialty stores, and e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart.com, and Instacart. The company employs approximately 1,497 people globally, with operations concentrated in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.

A significant strategic development occurred in 2025 with the acquisition of Alani Nu in April and Rockstar in August. These acquisitions substantially expanded the company's brand portfolio and market reach. In connection with these transactions, Celsius entered into comprehensive distribution and partnership agreements with PepsiCo, which became the primary distributor for all three brands in the United States and Canada. PepsiCo also made a strategic investment in the company through preferred stock issuances and obtained board representation.

The company manufactures products through a combination of well-established beverage co-packers and an in-house manufacturing facility, procuring raw materials and packaging from multiple domestic and international suppliers. Products are sold through multiple channels with shelf lives typically ranging from fifteen to twenty-four months.
