The Garden segment generates roughly two-thirds of its annual sales during the second and third fiscal quarters due to seasonal demand patterns.

Major customers include Walmart, The Home Depot, Costco, Lowe's, and Amazon, which collectively represent approximately 54 percent of total net sales.

The company has completed over 60 acquisitions since 1992, building its current portfolio through disciplined, value-focused M&A strategy targeting businesses that expand scale in core categories, strengthen adjacencies, or enhance capabilities in digital and eCommerce.
