The company maintains a network of 96 bank branches strategically located across West Virginia, Kentucky, Virginia, and southeastern Ohio, primarily along the I-64 and I-81 corridors. As of December 31, 2025, City Holding employs 950 full and part-time employees, including 934 full-time equivalents, serving diverse customer bases across rural communities and larger metropolitan areas including Charleston, Huntington, Lexington, and Winchester.
