Columbia Financial provides comprehensive financial services to businesses and consumers across New Jersey and surrounding areas in the New York City and Philadelphia metropolitan regions. The company operates 71 full-service banking offices across twelve New Jersey counties, serving a primary market area with approximately 8.4 million residents. The bank attracts deposits from the general public and deploys those funds through a diversified lending portfolio.
The lending business encompasses multifamily and commercial real estate loans, which represent the largest portfolio segment at approximately 51 percent of total loans.
