The company delivers traditional consumer and commercial banking products and services to businesses and individuals across select markets in Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

As of December 31, 2025, Commercial Bancgroup maintains total consolidated assets of $2.3 billion, loans net of allowance for credit losses of $1.9 billion, deposits of $1.8 billion, and total shareholders' equity of $285.3 million. The company operates 34 banking offices and one loan production office across its service territories. The Bank employs 281 full-time employees and 17 part-time employees.

The company's primary service areas include metropolitan statistical areas in Nashville-Davidson-Murfreesboro-Franklin, Knoxville, and the Tri-Cities region of Tennessee, as well as rural markets in Claiborne, Cocke, Union, and Hamblen counties. In Kentucky, Commercial Bancgroup serves Southeast Kentucky communities including Barbourville, Corbin, Cumberland, Harlan, London, Middlesboro, and Pineville. The company expanded into North Carolina following its July 2024 merger with Alliance Bank & Trust Company, establishing a presence in the Charlotte metropolitan area with branches in Shelby, Kings Mountain, and Gastonia.
