ConnectOne Bank is a high-performing commercial bank offering a comprehensive suite of deposit and loan products and services to the general public, with a primary focus on small and mid-sized businesses, local professionals, and individuals residing, working, and conducting business in the New York Metropolitan area and select Florida markets. The bank operates a branch-lite model leveraging continuous technology investments and quality talent to maintain a highly efficient operating environment.

The company's revenue is derived primarily from net interest income, generated from the difference between interest received on loans and investment securities and interest paid on deposits and borrowings. Deposit products include noninterest bearing checking accounts, interest-bearing checking accounts, money market accounts, savings accounts, time deposits, and brokered time deposits. Loan offerings encompass consumer and commercial business loans on secured and unsecured bases, revolving lines of credit, commercial mortgage loans, residential mortgages, home equity loans, bridge loans, and other personal purpose loans. The bank also generates noninterest revenue through deposit-related fees, loan origination and sales, loan servicing, and merchant services.

BoeFly, a wholly owned fintech subsidiary, operates a digital marketplace connecting borrowers in the franchise space with funding solutions through a network of partner banks, including ConnectOne Bank. BoeFly maintains offices in Boston and New York with nationwide digital presence.

As of December 31, 2025, ConnectOne employs 750 full-time employees and 6 part-time and temporary employees. The company's market area spans New Jersey, New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley, including Rockland, Orange, and Westchester Counties, with expansion into Florida markets. The company completed a significant acquisition of The First of Long Island Corporation on June 1, 2025, adding 36 branch offices in Nassau and Suffolk Counties and New York City boroughs, substantially expanding its operational footprint and customer base.
