The company operates through three reportable segments: Debit and Credit, which produces secure debit and credit cards with personalization and instant issuance capabilities; Prepaid Debit, which provides secure packaging solutions and prepaid debit cards; and Other, which includes corporate expenses.
The company's core offerings include production and personalization of contactless and chip-enabled payment cards, SaaS-based instant card issuance through its proprietary Card@Once system, eco-focused card solutions incorporating recycled materials, and integrated end-to-end on-demand payment card solutions. CPI expanded its capabilities in May 2025 through the acquisition of Arroweye Solutions, which enhanced its customization and on-demand production offerings. The company also provides digital solutions including digital push provisioning for mobile wallets and fraud prevention services.
