CSW Industrials, Inc. (NYSE: CSW) is a diversified industrial growth company specializing in niche, value-added products across multiple end markets. The company operates through three reportable segments: Contractor Solutions, Specialized Reliability Solutions, and Engineered Building Solutions. The Contractor Solutions segment manufactures efficiency and performance-enhancing products for residential and commercial HVAC/R and plumbing applications, serving professional trades through an extensive wholesale distribution network. Key brands include RectorSeal, Amrad, TRUaire, and the recently acquired Aspen Manufacturing, MARS Parts, and Duckt-Strip product lines. The Specialized Reliability Solutions segment provides high-performance specialty lubricants, sealants, compounds, and filtration products for demanding industrial environments including mining, rail transportation, energy, and general industrial applications. Notable brands include Whitmore, Jet-Lube, OilSafe, and recently acquired Hydrotex and ProAction Fluids. The Engineered Building Solutions segment delivers code-driven, life-safety products for commercial, institutional, and multi-family residential construction, featuring brands such as Smoke Guard, Balco, and Greco.

As of March 31, 2026, CSW employed approximately 2,700 individuals globally, with roughly 1,500 in North America, 1,200 in Asia Pacific, and 10 in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The company maintains manufacturing operations concentrated in the United States, Vietnam, and Canada, with distribution operations in the U.S., Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Products are sold in over 100 countries worldwide, primarily through wholesale distributors and designated channels.

CSW was incorporated in 2014 in anticipation of its separation from Capital Southwest Corporation, which was completed on September 30, 2015. The company has a collective operating history spanning more than a century through its established operating companies. Since separation, CSW has executed more than 20 acquisitions, investing approximately 1.2 billion dollars in acquisitions during fiscal years 2024 through 2026. The company transferred its listing from Nasdaq to the New York Stock Exchange in June 2025. CSW maintains a diverse customer base with no single customer representing 10 percent or more of net revenues, and operates with a decentralized, entrepreneurial culture emphasizing continuous improvement and customer-centric innovation.
