As of December 31, 2025, CVB Financial maintains total consolidated assets of $15.63 billion, net loans of $8.62 billion, deposits of $12.07 billion, and shareholders' equity of $2.30 billion. The bank operates 62 banking centers and one loan production office across California, along with three trust offices located in Ontario, Newport Beach, and Pasadena that provide wealth management, trust, and investment services.

The company's primary business involves accepting deposits and extending credit through a comprehensive range of lending products including commercial, agribusiness, consumer, SBA, real estate, and construction loans, as well as equipment and vehicle leasing. Citizens Business Bank also provides specialized treasury management systems, merchant card processing, payroll services, remote deposit capture, and international business services including foreign exchange and letters of credit.
