The company operates through four reportable segments: Lawson, TestEquity, Gexpro Services, and Canada Branch Division.
Lawson distributes specialty products and services to the industrial, commercial, institutional and governmental MRO marketplace, primarily through a network of sales representatives throughout the United States and Canada. The segment serves over 51,000 distinct customers across diverse end markets including automotive, manufacturing, construction, mining, and government, offering over 226,000 different products with approximately 92,000 maintained in distribution centers.
TestEquity operates as a leading distributor of test and measurement equipment and solutions through five distribution brands: TestEquity, Hisco, Techni-Pro, Techni-Tool, and Jensen Tools. The segment serves over 127,000 customers at 144,000 locations primarily in North America, offering approximately 400,000 products across 41 distribution centers with next-day delivery capabilities.
Gexpro Services functions as a global supply chain solutions provider specializing in mission-critical production line management and aftermarket programs for original equipment manufacturers. Operating across 32 service center sites in thirteen countries, Gexpro Services manages approximately 155,000 installed vendor-managed inventory bins and serves over 2,100 customers across six vertical markets including renewables, industrial power, transportation, and aerospace and defense.
Canada Branch Division combines operations of Bolt Supply House and Source Atlantic, distributing industrial MRO supplies, safety products, and fasteners through 35 branch locations across Canada, serving over 42,000 distinct customers.
DSG was formed through strategic mergers completed in April 2022, combining the complementary distribution businesses of Lawson Products, Inc., TestEquity Acquisition LLC, and 301 HW Opus Holdings, Inc. The company maintains approximately 4,300 dedicated employees and serves approximately 220,000 distinct customers globally, shipping from strategically located distribution and service centers to customers in North America, Europe, Asia, South America, and the Middle East.
