The company's three reportable segments are Arcadia Products, DynaEnergetics, and NobelClad. Arcadia Products, representing approximately 40 percent of consolidated net sales, designs and manufactures aluminum framing systems, windows, curtain walls, storefronts, and entrance systems for the commercial construction market through its Arcadia, Wilson Partitions, and Arcadia Custom product lines. The business operates a hub-and-satellite distribution network across the western and southwestern United States with manufacturing facilities in California and Arizona and fabrication centers throughout its service territory.
DynaEnergetics, accounting for approximately 44 percent of net sales, designs and manufactures perforating systems and associated hardware for the global oil and gas industry. The segment produces shaped charges, detonating cord, gun hardware, and control panels, with particular focus on factory-assembled perforating systems marketed under the DynaStage brand. Manufacturing operations are located in Germany and Texas, providing global capacity and enhanced delivery capabilities.
NobelClad, representing approximately 15 percent of net sales, produces explosion-welded clad metal plates and specialized transition joints for corrosion-resistant industrial processing equipment. The segment serves eight primary industrial sectors including oil and gas refining, chemical and petrochemical processing, aluminum smelting, shipbuilding, and power generation. Manufacturing facilities are located in Pennsylvania and Germany.
As of December 31, 2025, DMC Global employed approximately 1,500 people, with 1,300 located in the United States and 200 internationally. The company maintains a global operational footprint with manufacturing and distribution facilities across North America and Europe.
