Donaldson operates three reportable segments: Mobile Solutions, which represents 62.3 percent of fiscal 2026 net sales and includes off-road, on-road, and aftermarket filtration products for construction, mining, agriculture, and transportation equipment; Industrial Solutions, accounting for 29.1 percent of net sales and encompassing industrial air filtration, gases, hydraulics, power generation, and aerospace and defense products; and Life Sciences, representing 8.6 percent of net sales with offerings in food and beverage, disk drive, advanced membrane solutions, microelectronics, and bioprocessing markets.
The company employs approximately 15,500 full-time employees, with 60 percent in production-related roles. Donaldson's geographic revenue distribution spans the United States and Canada at 42.5 percent, Europe, Middle East and Africa at 29.2 percent, Asia Pacific at 17.7 percent, and Latin America at 10.6 percent.
Donaldson's core business centers on replacement filters, filtration housings, and related systems addressing air and liquid filtration applications.
