Dream Finders Homes, Inc. (NYSE: DFH) is a homebuilder that designs, builds and sells single-family homes primarily in high-growth markets across the United States. The company operates through an asset-light lot acquisition strategy that minimizes upfront capital commitments while maintaining control of a substantial pipeline of finished lots through option contracts with land developers and land bank partners. As of December 31, 2025, Dream Finders controlled approximately 63,121 lots under finished lot option and land bank option contracts.
The company's homebuilding operations are organized into four reportable segments: Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Financial Services. The Southeast segment includes operations in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa and southeast and southwest Florida, as well as Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia, and Hilton Head and Bluffton, South Carolina. The Mid-Atlantic segment encompasses the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, Nashville, Tennessee, and multiple North Carolina and South Carolina markets. The Midwest segment covers Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, Texas, Denver, Colorado and Phoenix, Arizona. The Financial Services segment provides mortgage banking through Jet HomeLoans, title insurance services through DF Title and Alliant Title, and homeowners insurance products.
Dream Finders offers homes across multiple price points and product lines including entry-level, first-time move-up, second-time move-up and active adult homes, as well as built-for-rent contracts. The company markets homes under brands including Dream Finders Homes, DF Luxury, Reverie Active Adult Lifestyle, Craft Homes and Coventry Homes. As of December 31, 2025, the company operated 313 active communities and maintained 1,527 completed quick move-in ready homes.
