e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. (NYSE: ELF) is a multi-brand beauty company that makes inclusive, accessible, clean, vegan and cruelty-free cosmetics and skin care products. The company's website is www.elfbeauty.com.

The company operates a portfolio of five brands: e.l.f. Cosmetics, its global flagship brand; e.l.f. SKIN, a clean skincare line; rhode, a curated skincare brand founded by Hailey Rhode Bieber; Naturium, which offers biocompatible and dermatologist-tested formulas; and Well People, a clean beauty brand with plant-powered formulas. The company transferred the Keys Soulcare brand to Alicia Keys in May 2026 and it is no longer part of the portfolio.

e.l.f. Beauty operates as a single reportable segment with an omni-channel distribution strategy. In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, national and international retailers comprised 76 percent of net sales, while e-commerce channels accounted for 24 percent. The United States represented 79 percent of net sales, with the remaining 21 percent from international markets, primarily the United Kingdom, Canada and Germany. The company's largest customers—Target, Walmart, Amazon and Sephora—accounted for 18 percent, 13 percent, 11 percent and 10 percent of net sales respectively.

The company employs 849 full-time employees and operates distribution centers across multiple U.S. states and internationally through third-party logistics providers. Products are sourced and manufactured through a network of third-party manufacturers, primarily in China, with additional sourcing in the United States, Italy, South Korea and other countries. The company maintains six Fair Trade Certified manufacturing facilities and has a majority of products produced in Fair Trade Certified facilities.

e.l.f. Beauty's competitive advantages include its value proposition of premium quality products at accessible prices, community-led innovation approach, digitally-oriented marketing strategy, and productivity-led retail distribution model. The company was founded as a digitally native brand and remains the only top five mass cosmetics brand with its own direct-to-consumer e-commerce site. The company's flagship e.l.f. Cosmetics brand has an average U.S. product price point of approximately seven dollars, compared to ten dollars for mass cosmetics competitors and thirty dollars for prestige brands.
