enCore Energy Corp. (Nasdaq: EU; TSX-V: EU) is a domestic uranium extraction company focused on developing and operating in-situ recovery (ISR) uranium projects across the United States. The company's website is www.encoreuranium.com.
enCore operates as an exploration stage issuer with a strategic focus on becoming a leading supplier of domestic uranium to support growing demand for clean energy generation through nuclear power. The company utilizes proven ISR technology, which is a minimally invasive extraction method that uses oxygen and sodium bicarbonate in native groundwater to extract uranium from sandstone-hosted deposits with significantly lower environmental impact compared to conventional mining methods.
As of December 31, 2025, the company employed 168 full-time employees and engaged approximately 83 contractual workers, all located in the United States. The company operates three of the ten licensed and constructed ISR central processing plants (CPPs) currently in the United States, all located in Texas. In 2024, enCore commenced uranium extraction at the Rosita Central Processing Plant in South Texas, becoming one of only three uranium extraction operations in the United States and the first in Texas in ten years. In June 2024, the company commenced extraction at the Alta Mesa CPP, establishing itself as one of only a handful of companies globally with multiple operational uranium extraction facilities. During 2025 and 2024, the company extracted approximately 700,000 and 300,000 pounds of U3O8 respectively from its Alta Mesa and South Texas Integrated ISR projects.
The company's mineral property portfolio includes the South Texas Integrated ISR Project featuring the Rosita CPP, the Alta Mesa Uranium Project, the Mesteña Grande Uranium Project in Texas, the Dewey Burdock Project in South Dakota, and the Gas Hills Project in Wyoming. The company holds measured and indicated mineral resources totaling approximately 11.8 million tons containing 30.9 million pounds of eU3O8 across its portfolio as of December 31, 2025. enCore has demonstrated growth through strategic acquisitions and partnerships, including a joint venture with Boss Energy Limited involving the Alta Mesa Project.
