The Bank serves primarily privately-held businesses, their owner families, and success-minded individuals across Arizona, California, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, and New Mexico, with loan and deposit production offices throughout the United States. Enterprise Financial Services Corp maintains a relationship-oriented distribution model focused on niche businesses while emphasizing prudent credit and interest rate risk management.

The company's lending services encompass commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate, real estate construction and development, residential real estate, Small Business Administration loans, and consumer products. Specialized lending niches include SBA 7(a) program originations, life insurance premium financing for high net worth estate planning, sponsor finance for mid-market mergers and acquisitions, and tax credit-related lending through low-income housing tax credits and New Markets Tax Credit programs. The company received $80 million in New Markets Tax Credit allocations in 2025, bringing cumulative allocations to $433 million.
