ePlus operates through three primary business segments: product, professional services, and managed services. The product segment generates 30% of revenue and includes sales of third-party hardware, perpetual and subscription software, maintenance, and software assurance. Professional services contribute 13% of revenue and encompass cloud infrastructure consulting, unified communications deployment, staff augmentation, AI advisory services, security consulting, collaboration solutions, and warehouse configuration services. Managed services represent 57% of revenue and include infrastructure and cloud management, enhanced maintenance support, service desk outsourcing, storage-as-a-service, disaster recovery, cloud managed services, managed security services, and advanced support for AI infrastructure.
The company serves approximately 4,200 customers that are primarily middle market to large enterprises and state and local government institutions. Revenue by customer end market includes telecommunications, media and entertainment at 30%, state and local education at 13%, healthcare at 13%, technology at 12%, financial services at 10%, and retail at 6%. Verizon Communications represented 24% of net sales for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
