The company operates through two reportable segments: wholesale and retail. The wholesale segment includes sales to independently operated design centers and third-party retailers, while the retail segment comprises company-operated design centers. At June 30, 2026, Ethan Allen operated 141 company-operated retail design centers with 136 located in the United States and five in Canada, supplemented by 43 independently operated design centers across the U.S., Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. The company employed 3,062 people as of June 30, 2026, with 2,137 in the wholesale segment and 925 in retail.
