What Everforth Inc does

In the company’s own words

ASGN Incorporated, trading as NYSE: ASGN, operates as a leading provider of information technology solutions serving both commercial and government sectors. The company maintains its web presence at asgn.com and is in the process of rebranding to Everforth, a unified parent brand consolidating its six operating brands: Apex Systems, Creative Circle, CyberCoders, ECS, GlideFast, and TopBloc.

The company operates through two primary segments: the Commercial Segment, which generates 70 percent of consolidated revenues, and the Federal Government Segment, accounting for 30 percent of revenues. The Commercial Segment delivers IT solutions across six core solution areas—Cloud and Infrastructure, Data and AI, Software Development and Engineering, Customer Experience, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Platforms—serving Fortune 1000 and large mid-market clients across five industries including Financial Services, Consumer and Industrial, Technology Media and Telecom, Healthcare, and Business and Government Services. The Federal Government Segment provides advanced solutions in data and AI, cybersecurity, software and engineering, and enterprise platforms to federal agencies, maintaining a contract backlog of approximately 2.9 billion dollars as of December 31, 2025.

ASGN employs approximately 19,600 billable professionals on a full-time-equivalent basis and maintains approximately 2,800 internal employees including sales directors, account managers, recruiters, and corporate personnel. The company operates delivery centers in Mexico and India alongside offices across the United States, Canada, and Europe. The company's business model combines organic growth with strategic acquisitions, completing six acquisitions over the past five years to expand its consulting capabilities and digital engineering expertise.

The company's competitive positioning derives from its deep talent pool, industry expertise, proprietary assets and accelerators, strategic technology partnerships with hyperscalers and enterprise platforms, and a sophisticated delivery model enabling rapid team assembly for client needs. Approximately 62 percent of 2025 consolidated revenues derive from IT consulting work across both commercial and federal government segments. No single client other than the U.S. federal government represented more than 10 percent of consolidated revenues in 2025, with federal government contracts directly accounting for 26 percent of total revenues.
