F&G's core business centers on fixed indexed annuities, registered index-linked annuities, multi-year guarantee annuities, indexed universal life insurance, pension risk transfer solutions, and funding agreements. For the year ended December 31, 2025, fixed indexed annuities generated approximately 46 percent of gross sales, with the remaining 54 percent primarily from fixed rate annuities at 26 percent, pension risk transfer sales at 15 percent, funding agreements at 12 percent, and indexed universal life at 1 percent. The company serves approximately 778,000 policyholders and approximately 145,000 plan participants receiving pension payments through F&G's pension risk transfer solutions.
