First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (NYSE: FCB) is a financial holding company providing diversified consumer and commercial banking services through its principal subsidiary, First Commonwealth Bank, along with trust and wealth management services and insurance products. The company operates 126 community banking offices across 30 counties in western and central Pennsylvania and throughout Ohio, supported by a network of 132 automated teller machines integrated into the NYCE, MasterCard/Cirrus, Allpoint, and Freedom ATM Alliance networks.

As of December 31, 2025, First Commonwealth maintains total assets of $12.3 billion, total loans of $9.8 billion, total deposits of $10.3 billion, and shareholders' equity of $1.6 billion. The company employs 1,522 full-time and 55 part-time employees with an average workforce age of 44.3 years and average tenure of 8.0 years.

The loan portfolio encompasses commercial, financial and agricultural loans; commercial real estate; real estate construction; residential real estate mortgages; and consumer installment loans. Deposits represent the primary funding source, consisting of non-interest bearing checking accounts, interest-bearing checking accounts, money market and savings accounts, and certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts.

First Commonwealth's growth strategy combines organic expansion with strategic acquisitions. The company has expanded significantly through acquisitions including Centric Financial Corporation in 2023 and CenterGroup Financial Inc. in 2025, while also establishing commercial lending operations and loan production offices across its footprint. In 2022, the company entered the equipment leasing and finance business with a division based in suburban Philadelphia.

The company maintains financial holding company status under the Bank Holding Company Act and operates as an accelerated filer subject to Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements. First Commonwealth Bank holds a state charter under Pennsylvania law and operates as a non-member of the Federal Reserve System, subject to supervision by both the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities.
