The company is headquartered in Terre Haute, Indiana, and maintains a network of 81 full-service banking branches distributed across five states: Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Georgia. Additionally, the company operates eight loan production offices located in Indiana and Tennessee to support its lending operations.
The bank's business model centers on three primary loan portfolio segments: commercial lending, residential mortgage lending, and consumer lending. Commercial loans support business expansion and asset purchases, with particular emphasis on commercial real estate and agricultural production loans. The residential segment focuses on one-to-four family mortgages, with the company selling substantially all long-term fixed-rate mortgages to secondary market purchasers while maintaining a portfolio of adjustable-rate mortgages. The consumer segment comprises home equity products, secured loans collateralized by vehicles and other assets, and unsecured personal loans.
