First Horizon Corporation (NYSE: FHN) operates as a bank holding company and financial holding company headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, with its primary internet address at www.firsthorizon.com. Founded in 1864 as First National Bank of Memphis, the company provides comprehensive financial services through its wholly-owned subsidiary, First Horizon Bank, which holds total consolidated assets of $84 billion as of December 31, 2025.

The company's service offerings span commercial banking, private banking, consumer banking, small business banking, wealth and trust management, retail brokerage, capital markets, fixed income services, and mortgage banking. First Horizon maintains over 450 business locations across 23 U.S. states, with the majority of banking centers concentrated in southern states including Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, and Louisiana.

First Horizon's loan portfolio totals $64 billion, with commercial loans representing 77 percent of total lending and consumer loans comprising 23 percent. The commercial portfolio consists primarily of commercial and industrial loans at 56 percent of total loans, followed by commercial real estate at 21 percent. Consumer lending focuses predominantly on real estate-secured products. The company holds $67 billion in total deposits, with commercial clients representing 58 percent of deposit relationships and consumer clients accounting for 42 percent.

The company operates through three reportable business segments: commercial, consumer and wealth banking; wholesale banking; and corporate. The commercial, consumer and wealth segment generates the majority of revenues through net interest income and noninterest income from lending, deposit services, and wealth management. The wholesale banking segment provides fixed income securities services, loan sales, portfolio advisory services, derivative sales, mortgage warehouse lending, and correspondent banking to institutional clients.

As of December 31, 2025, First Horizon employed 7,404 associates across its operations. The company maintains a well-capitalized position with a Common Equity Tier 1 capital ratio of 10.63 percent and a total capital ratio of 13.35 percent, exceeding regulatory requirements. First Horizon's strategic priorities focus on quality execution, client service delivery, and associate development to maintain its competitive position in regional and specialty banking markets.
