Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FET) is a global manufacturing company serving the oil, natural gas, defense and renewable energy industries. The company operates through two primary segments: Drilling and Completions, and Artificial Lift and Downhole. In 2025, approximately 80 percent of revenue derives from consumable products and activity-based equipment, with the remainder primarily from capital products and rental services.

The Drilling and Completions segment designs and manufactures products for drilling, subsea, coiled tubing, well stimulation and intervention markets. This division produces powered and manual tubular handling equipment, drilling manifold systems, remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), trenchers, submarine rescue vehicles, pressure pumping equipment, wireline cables, pressure control equipment, and coiled tubing strings. The segment serves drilling rig contractors, offshore service companies, pressure pumping firms, and government organizations.

The Artificial Lift and Downhole segment provides downhole protection systems, well construction casing and cementing equipment, sand and flow control solutions, production equipment including separators and desalters, and industrial valves. This division serves oil and natural gas producers, service companies, and customers in power generation, petrochemical and mining industries. The company markets valves under recognized brands including PBV, DSI and Accuseal.

Forum Energy Technologies operates approximately 1,700 employees across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada and other international locations. The company maintains manufacturing facilities and regional warehouses globally to ensure timely product availability for customers. The company holds multiple U.S. and international patents and trademarks across its product lines, including recognized brands such as Perry, Forum Sub-Atlantic, Dynacon, Global Tubing, Cannon Services and others.
