FrontView's investment strategy focuses on properties located in prominent retail areas with direct visibility to consumers and adaptable spaces suitable for various tenant uses. The company targets service-oriented businesses including medical and dental providers, quick-service restaurants, casual dining establishments, financial institutions, cellular stores, automotive retailers, fitness operators, discount retailers, convenience stores, gas stations, car washes, home improvement stores, pharmacies, and professional services tenants.
As of December 31, 2025, FrontView owned a portfolio of 303 properties comprising approximately 2.7 million rentable square feet across 37 U.S. states. The portfolio achieved a 98.7% occupancy rate and was leased to 321 tenants representing 155 different brands. No single tenant brand accounted for more than 3.51% of annualized base rent, and approximately 34.8% of tenants held investment-grade credit ratings.
