The Mining Royalty Lands Segment owns approximately 16,640 acres primarily in Florida and Georgia that are leased for mining royalties, with one additional property in Virginia. This segment generates significant revenue from mining operations, with Vulcan Materials Company accounting for 26 percent of consolidated revenues in 2025. The Development Segment focuses on converting non-income-producing land into income-generating properties through construction or joint ventures, with a strategic emphasis on apartment, retail, industrial, and office uses.
