The company offers hundreds of thousands of products across diverse categories including storage and shelving, safety and security, material handling, HVAC and fans, tools and instruments, lighting and electrical, fasteners and hardware, and numerous other industrial and facility maintenance categories. Global Industrial markets its own private brand lines under trademarks including Global, GlobalIndustrial.com, Nexel, Paramount, Interion, and Absocold, alongside leading national brands sourced from manufacturers worldwide. The company operates multiple e-commerce platforms including globalindustrial.com, globalindustrial.ca, industrialsupplies.com, and indoff.com.
As of December 31, 2025, Global Industrial employed approximately 1,980 associates, with 1,710 in North America and 270 in Asia. The workforce comprises roughly 36 percent customer-facing roles, 26 percent in distribution and logistics, and 37 percent in administrative functions. No single supplier accounted for more than 10 percent of product purchases during the past three years.
